Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sr. HR Plant Supervisor - Labor Relations to serve as a key strategic partner to plant leadership within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading labor relations activities, administering collective bargaining agreements, and promoting a stable, productive, and legally compliant workplace. In addition, the role oversees plant level HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and special HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance to management on employment and labor law, collective bargaining interpretation, disciplinary actions, labor relations, and workplace investigations.
* Partner closely with union representatives to proactively address issues and foster constructive labor management relationships.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the Plant Manager and leadership team, supporting leadership effectiveness and development of future leaders.
* Promote a positive labor management environment and drive continuous improvement in labor relations.
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support staffing and employment goals; ensure accurate tracking of applicant flow and compliance data.
* Counsel employees on HR related matters including benefits, pay practices, performance management, relocation, and general personnel concerns.
* Oversee the creation, accuracy, and maintenance of employee records for all employment events including hires, terminations, retirements, transfers, promotions, demotions, benefits changes, disciplinary actions, and personal status updates.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
* Lead and support HR initiatives by developing, coordinating, and delivering employment related training programs and special projects.
* Maintain employee programs including random substance abuse testing, service award programs, 360 degree performance management, and advisor programs.
* Participate in labor staff meetings and contribute to team building efforts that strengthen communication, collaboration, and workplace culture.

Qualifications
Education & Experience - Required
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated expertise in labor relations, employment law, and union management dynamics.
Education & Experience - Preferred
* SPHR or equivalent professional certification.
* Prior supervisory or people management experience
* Labor relations experience within a unionized environment and working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements.
* Experience developing and delivering employee training programs and assessing organizational training needs.

Pay Range: $110,000 STARTING- BASED ON EXPERIENCE
